Usually the codes come in this order. In most cases you will use the Network (NCK) code.
Insert a Non-Accepted Simcard in your phone and power on. Once finished loading your phone will ask you to enter a code, enter the Unlock Code * (90% of Models will use this method)
Note: Non Accepted Simcard is any GSM simcard not from T-Mobile
