Your unlock code is the 16 digit “SIM_UNLOCK” number.
Note: If you’re unlocking a subprovider such as MetroPCS to use on a new carrier, then you will want to use the sixteen digits following: SPCK= or SP_LOCK= or SUB PROVIDER =
Great News! – If Phone says, “Code Accepted” or “Network Unlock Successful” or “Not Yet Personalized” your be sure you choose the subprovider option. Once unlocked, simply enter the APN / MMS settings for your internet and multimedia messages.

Standard Unlock Instructions
1. Power phone off.
2. Insert a non accepted simcard.
3. Enter code when prompted for a code.
or try this:
1) Insert a SIM Card from the network the mobile is locked to and turn it on
2) Insert the following sequence *#865625#
3) Select ‘Unlock USIM’
4) Select ‘Network Lock’
5) Input the unlock code
6) Re-input the unlock code
7) Select OK. Done!
